Training
A public walkthrough for a 1–5 person public adjusting office. AdjusterDesk is the daily command center: what to follow up, what is waiting, what is due, and what is still unpaid. The screens are Demo Office. No sales call.
A Demo Office walkthrough with voiceover. The note under the player covers the same path.
In about a minute, Demo Office shows the desk for today, a new lead, the claim file, and the follow-up that should not slip.
Chapters: Your desk for today, Capture every lead, Qualify and convert, Open claims in one place, Track the claim end to end, Never miss a follow-up.
Start with Today, then a lead, then the follow-up on an active claim. Each step is a Demo Office screenshot and a caption you can follow without a call.

Module 2
Open the lead list, open a lead that is not a claim yet, and find Convert to claim. The claims list is where that work lives once it is a file.
About 4 minutes · 3 steps
Module 3
On an active claim, Overview shows the next step and how many tasks are open. The Tasks tab is where the follow-up and its date live.
About 4 minutes · 2 steps
These two are not written yet. The three modules above are enough to see the daily desk.
