How do I start?

When does billing begin?

Stripe Checkout collects a card at signup. On the standard path, $0 is due during the 14-day trial, then Solo $49/month, Small Office $99/month, or Team $199/month. Founding Solo and Small Office charge $0 during a 90-day trial, then $29/month or $49/month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can start with the plan that fits your office now and move as your user count or setup needs change.

How are users counted?

Plans use active-user limits. Inactive users stay in your office history and do not count. Pending invited users count when they are active because they are provisioned seats.

What if I need more users?

Small Office includes up to 3 active users and Team includes up to 7 active users. Larger teams or custom limits can contact support for Professional/custom setup.

Do you help import spreadsheets or older data?

Small Office and Team include CSV import/export. Professional/custom setup can include migration help for offices moving older data.
