How do I start?

Choose Solo, Small Office, or Team, then create your workspace. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately. No credit card required.

When does billing begin?

Billing starts only when you choose a plan in Settings/Billing. Your free trial lasts 14 days. No credit card is required to start.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can start with the plan that fits your office now and move as your user count or setup needs change.

How are users counted?

Plans use active-user limits. Inactive users stay in your office history and do not count. Pending invited users count when they are active because they are provisioned seats.

What if I need more users?

Small Office includes up to 3 active users and Team includes up to 7 active users. Larger teams or custom limits can contact support for Professional/custom setup.

Do you help import spreadsheets or older data?

Small Office and Team include CSV import/export. Professional/custom setup can include migration help for offices moving older data.

Is billing automated in-app right now?

Card collection happens in Settings/Billing when you choose to subscribe after your free trial. No card is required to start.
